It’s simple! We deliver clean, ready-to-use moving totes directly to your door. You pack, move, and unpack at your own pace. Once you’re finished, we’ll pick up the totes from your new location.

how long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 14 days, giving you plenty of time to pack, move, and unpack without feeling rushed.
what comes with my rental?

Each package includes durable moving totes and tote dolly. Delivery and pickup are included within our standard service area.
What sizes are your totes?

Our totes are heavy-duty 27-gallon moving bins designed to safely hold household items while being easy to stack and transport.
Do I need to clean the totes before pickup?

No. Simply empty the totes and have them ready for pickup. We handle all cleaning and sanitizing between rentals.
Are the totes weather-resistant?

Yes! Unlike cardboard boxes, our totes are durable and resistant to light rain and moisture, helping protect your belongings during your move.
can i rent additional totes or dollies?

Absolutely! Additional totes and dollies may be available depending on inventory. If they are available on the website then we have them. Just add it to your cart as an add-on.
what if i need the totes longer than 14 days?

No problem! Contact us before your rental period ends and we’ll do our best to arrange an extension based on availability.
What happens if a tote is lost or damaged?

Normal wear and tear is expected. However, customers may be responsible for replacement costs if totes are lost, stolen, or significantly damaged.
how far in advance should i purchase?

We recommend purchasing your package as early as possible, especially during weekends, month-end moves, and peak moving seasons.
